Michael A. Bowse
Michael A. Bowse is a business trial attorney and litigator. He handles complex and high-stakes commercial, entertainment and consumer disputes at every stage of litigation, from initial filing through appeal. Through his representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in disputes involving a wide variety of state and federal commercial and common law claims, he has developed a valuable dual perspective in “bet the company” litigation and other high-damage disputes.
Mr. Bowse regularly tries and litigates the full range of business and consumer disputes, including antitrust, Truth in Lending Act, intellectual property, securities and unfair competition laws. He is known for creative and novel approaches and arguments in sophisticated and non-standard legal challenges.
