Dustin A. Huffine
Licensed in both California and Tennessee, Dustin represents individuals and businesses across an array of industries and involving all manner of business transactions and disputes with over 25 years’ experience in corporate law, employment matters, construction, real estate, and intellectual property. Dustin is regularly sought out by clients for his experience in guiding and helping in solve routine-to-complex solutions to legal issues through advocacy, negotiation, and litigation.
Dustin began his legal career in 1999 practicing law in his hometown of Nashville. He moved to Los Angeles in 2003 to take on the role as general counsel of a publicly traded apparel company where he spent nearly six years. In 2009 he joined another contemporary apparel brand in a dual executive/legal role and was instrumental in leading its formation and operation up and through the sale of the company in 2013. Prior to co-founding Bowse Davis Huffine Chung & Hull LLP with the other named partners, Dustin founded Huffine Chung LLP with Melvin Chung in 2014 to parlay those prior experiences in focusing on legal representation of clients within the apparel and manufacturing industries in Los Angeles.
