-- Defended investor in real estate investment partnership litigation filed in Tennessee federal court involving allegations of fraud, conversion, breach of fiduciary duty and related claims concerning issues arising from violations of operating agreement, corporate authority and misuse of corporate funds. Dustin was lead counsel in successfully mediating the case to resolution in a favorable outcome for his client.
